Pimento Cheese Spread

3-3oz or 1-1 1/2 lb cream cheese softened
6 sweet pickles ground or l/4 cup pickle relish
1 small jar of pimentos chopped
salad dressing about l/3 to l/2 cup to make spreadable for sandwiches. Makes excellent lunch or party sandwiches. Also good as dressing on sliced tomatoes.
