Mexican White Cheese Dip

Mexican White Cheese Dip
Recipe from Chris' Cookbook-

Given to us by Barbara...thanks so much!!

1 c. fine grated Monterey Jack
4 oz. chopped green chilis
1/4c. half and half
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

Place in double boiler or crock pot. Stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortilla chips or flour tortillas. Yum!
