Green Tomatoe Pie....2 cups of sliced tomatoes, toss in mixture of 4 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, then layer in pie shell. Sprinkle powdered lemonade mix over slices as you go. Dot with butter and bake a...t 425 at 15 minutes. Reduce to 300 and bake until fork tender. Tastes great. Used lemon juice and cinnamon but in a few days, pie had no taste at all. Tasted like wallpaper paste. Lemonade actually held its flavor better.
