Aunt Penny's Jalapeno Talapia





Jalepeno Talapia

Here is a recipe with dashs and dabs...so customize it to your own liking

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter or margarine
6 or 7 cloves of garlic
white wine (optional)
1 lg lemon
Talapia fish filets about 6 or 7
fresh spinach
1 sm can jalapeno peppers
garlic salt
pepper
1 qt heavy whipping cream
angel hair pasta

Refrigerate:
2 sticks of butter or margarine melted
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
at least 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
lemon juice (about half or to taste) I always like a half then a drop...lol
Mix all together and refrigerate over night or for quite a while.

Saute Talapia fish on one side then turn (in small amount of butter or olive oil) season with 2 or 3 more minced garlic cloves, add fresh spinach and one can of jalopenos (small can). After spinach is reduced add pepper, garlic salt. After it has cooked a while add the add other have of the lemon (squeezed) juice and pour heavy cream over and half the refrigerated butter mixture (butter/garlic/lemon).

Heat and serve over angel hair pasta.

And for Gods sake don't kiss anyone for a while after you eat it....lol
